New NIN Nudged to '99

Nine Inch Nails' heavily anticipated follow-up to 1994's The Downward Spiral has been pushed back to a tentative February 1999 release date. In addition to Trent Reznor and NIN members Charlie Clouser and Danny Lohner, other musicians participating in the album include Adrian Belew (King Crimson), Page Hamilton (Helmet) and Bill Rieflin (Ministry). NIN manager John Malm quashed recent rumors that the album would be titled Dissonance, and reiterated that no titles were confirmed.
