Nine Inch Nails Mix Old and New In UK Dress Rehearsal
Nine Inch Nails treated 100 lucky fans to a career-spanning, two hour
dress rehearsal (complete
with light show and visuals) on Tuesday. The show, which took place in
a secret, East London
rehearsal warehouse, opened with the Broken track “Pinion”, and closed
with the Downward Spiral
ballad “Hurt.” According to fans, decade-old material from Pretty Hate
Machine (“Head Like A Hole,”
and “Down In It”) mixed well with new material off the now platinum The
Fragile disc (“Into the
Void,” “The Great Below,” “The Day the World Went Away”). NIN kick off
their proper world tour on
Sunday in Barcelona. They won’t hit America until early next year, but
impatient fans can win a trip
to see their final UK gig at the London Brixton Academy on December 1.
Fans will be selected in a
random drawing.
