"It fucking rocks!"

I couldn't score a floor ticket via ticketmaster online, but something was better than nothing. I drove up from Atlanta expecting another incredible performance from the guys. Luckily, I was able to sell me reserved seat and purchased a floor ticket at the box office. Whoo! I'm a PIG!

The setlist toward the end of v1.0 remained static and I was wondering what I would be in store for as this is the first official fragility v2.0 show. I knew the intro music by heart. My heartbeat was pulsing in time with PINION, knowing that I was going to get beaten into submission by nine inch nails. SD started and the curtain was still up, but it wasn't an accident as strobes and other lights flashed behind the band. The effect was stunning as you could make out Robin, Charlie, Danny, Jerome, and Trent but you couldn't see them. They played and played and everyone was a pig (all lined up). The band enjoyed the show and I believe the under capacity crowdenjoyed themselves as well.

The lighting was different from the v1.0 effects. They are using 3 screens to provide images and lighting effects during the show. This works so well, you'll just have to see it to believe it. It fucking rocks!

I've been a rabid fan since 1990 and this tour was the first that I was able to follow the band and watch the show evolve. The song selections were interesting tonight. I love TBCD and hearing it live made me quite happy that I drove 12 hours to Cleveland. To top it off they played just JLYI and I nearly fell over and screamed. However, I had to keep my composure so everyone else could enjoy the show. The musical arrangements have also evolved since v1.0.

Suffice it to say that you need to see more than one show to fully appreciate the reality that is NINE INCHNAILS live!
